Blended Straight Bourbon · 104 Proof
Big Dog Bourbon
Vanilla · Toffee · Black Pepper
The one that started the line. Bottled in Kentucky at 104 proof, it carries enough weight to drink neat and enough backbone to hold its own over ice.
A Kentucky bourbon, a Tennessee whiskey, and a Nashville vodka — all under the same name, all named for the same dog.

Aged two years and run through the Lincoln County Process — charcoal-mellowed before the barrel — then bottled here in Nashville. Softer than the bourbon, and built for a longer sit.
Premium Vodka Specialty · 80 Proof
Clean · Citrus Peel · Soft Grain
The line's clear pour, bottled in Nashville at 80 proof. Straight out of the freezer or under a mixer, it stays out of the way of whatever you put with it.
He is a Saint Bernard, and he is the reason the line has a name. Everyone at the distillery called him the big dog long before there was a bottle to put it on.
He turns up in the tasting room most days, takes the good chair, and greets whoever walks in. Three bottlings carry him now — the bourbon out of Kentucky, the Tennessee whiskey, and the vodka — and the barrel on his collar is the mark you'll find on all three.
The Tennessee whiskey and the vodka both pour at the distillery on Whites Creek — come taste the line where it's bottled, or find the nearest shelf carrying it.
